The Online Manual was given this update in 2021 and structured in the best way the Training Team could think of that would aid new members and support existing agents to learn all they needed to.
The manual is structured in 12 parts, which you will see listed to the left of a desktop screen or below these written instructions if using a mobile or tablet. People, Systems, Submissions, Bookings, Finance, Marketing, IT, Recruitment, Policies and Glossary.
If you are working on a small screen you may find it easier to have the Online Manual on your phone as you implement the instructions on your computer or tablet.
You can also make use of the Search Box above. If you get really stuck, you can use the chat function in the bottom right, which will summon the Training Team. And if you find something has gone awry, you can let the IT team know at the end of every article.
